Host an Event
The Chamber wants to help you promote your business. Any Chamber member may plan to have one activity to promote their business. You can expose your goods and serevices to your fellow chamber members. For example, offer a seminar on tax or legal issues, internet, online advertising, promote a training session or workshop etc. or provide an intro to a fitness or swim class. Let us help get your name out there.
You can host an open networking event at your business using your office, home, member restaurant or other location that you desire.
The Cedar Grove Chamber is known for providing member events with unique and memorable opportunities to connect with the community. This is networking and access you will not find elsewhere. From 800 people gathering at a Chamber Summer Concert at Morgan Farm three times in the summer to an intimate gathering with local business leaders at a networking event, however you look at it these events are encouraged by our Chamber.

SUBMIT YOUR BUSINESS OR COMMUNITY EVENT
To submit your event for inclusion in our Chamber Community Calendar, please complete this form at least 6 weeks prior to the event date.
You must be a member of the Cedar Grove Chamber to have your event appear in this community event roundup. Event submissions received from non-members will not be submitted.
We will review and approved the event at our board meeting and send a response. (The Chamber board usually meets twice a month on Wednesdays)
After our initial mailing and placing the event on our website Cedar Grove Chamber.com it is your responsibility to continue to promote your event
We will set the event up on the Constant Contact chamber to keep track of attendees excepting
Please be reminded that all staff working for the chamber or volunteer and it senses since this is your event it is imperative that you keep track and ask for updates and a timely manner. At the end of the event all email addresses and phone contacts etc. will be returned and you will be given a template with all names so that you can prepare name badges.
